The 3D is not telling you the truth. Not the current one at least.
What you are looking at right now, the bank balance, the silence from the person you want to hear from, the body that isn’t where you want it to be, the job that isn’t the one, none of that is the final word on your life.
It is the past crystallized. It is the outer expression of what was assumed before. And because it was assumed before, it is showing up now. But now is not before. Now is when you make new assumptions.
Why People Get Stuck Here
Most people use their current circumstances as evidence of what is possible for them.
The relationship isn’t working, so love must be hard for me. The money keeps running out, so financial ease must not be for someone like me. Things keep going wrong, so I must be someone things go wrong for.
The circumstance becomes the identity. And the identity becomes the assumption. And the assumption creates more of the circumstance.
This is the loop. And the only way out of it is to stop reading the current circumstances as truth.
Your current reality is information about where your assumptions have been. It is not information about where they have to stay.
The Outside Cannot Change the Inside
Here is what no amount of external fixing will solve. You can change jobs, change cities, change partners, change banks, change routines. If the inner assumption doesn’t change, the outer circumstances recreate the same pattern in the new environment.
Because the inner is always producing the outer. Not the other way around.
This is why Neville kept saying there is no one to change but self. Not because other people don’t exist or don’t matter. Because the only place change actually originates is inside.
Change the assumption and the outer world follows. Every time. Without exception.
The Practical Move
When you look at your current circumstances and feel that familiar contraction, the fear, the frustration, the disappointment, catch it.
Not to suppress it. To recognize it for what it is. Information about what was assumed. Not a verdict about what must be.
Then turn deliberately to the inner world. To what you are choosing to assume now. To the reality you are building from the inside, regardless of what the outside is currently showing.
The outside is always catching up to the inside. Your job is to give it something better to catch up to.
Your current reality is not your enemy. It’s just old news.
